What you share
When you message us, you usually share your name, your WhatsApp number, and trip details — dates, guest count, preferred area, budget comfort, must-haves, and the villas you are considering. The Trip Board keeps the planning details you add in your browser so they can be included in the WhatsApp message you choose to send.
How we use it
We use what you share to answer your inquiry, check live villa details, put together a useful shortlist, and coordinate the stay if it goes ahead. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Who else is involved
Conversations happen over WhatsApp, which carries its own privacy terms. The site is hosted by our infrastructure providers and, when enabled, uses Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand page use and performance. Analytics can include pages, listing or area choices, controlled filters, result counts, and whether planning fields were completed. We do not send exact travel dates, exact guest counts, free-text notes, or search phrases to analytics. When a stay proceeds, we share only the details a villa or its operating team needs to host you.
Keeping and removing your details
We keep your details for as long as the conversation and any resulting stay need them, and no longer than is useful. If you would like us to delete what you have shared, message us on WhatsApp (+91 79826 71805) or email hello@njas.in and we will remove it.
Interim policy — under legal review
This is honest, plain-language interim wording written by the NJAS founders, not final legal text. It reflects how we actually work today: bookings are arranged over WhatsApp, amounts and holds are as agreed per your booking confirmation, and anything unresolved is handled by contacting us directly. Counsel-reviewed terms will replace this page; until then it is kept out of search indexes.
Effective July 2026.
