What is the cancellation policy for an NJAS villa?

There is no single site-wide cancellation policy. Cancellation terms, date holds, security deposits, and what is included all vary by villa, season, date, and booking window. Before you pay, ask us on WhatsApp (+91 79826 71805) to confirm the exact cancellation and refund terms for your specific villa and travel dates in writing — the amounts and windows are as agreed per that booking confirmation.

Cancellation is villa-specific

There is no single site-wide policy. Terms change by home, season, date, and how close to the stay you are. We confirm the ones that apply to you before you pay.

Holds need live confirmation

A date is not held until the villa owner or operating team confirms it. Ask us to confirm a hold in writing on WhatsApp before you treat a date as yours.

Deposits and refunds are as agreed

Security deposit, refund window, taxes, and inclusions are set out in your booking confirmation for that specific villa. That confirmation is what governs a cancellation or refund.

How to cancel

Message us on WhatsApp (+91 79826 71805) or email hello@njas.in as early as you can. We coordinate with the villa on the refund or reschedule that applies to your confirmed terms.
